From what i have read above, it seems that adsense is probably the best way to monetize the traffic. I also have sites offering real products and services. Will this traffic not work for those sites or shall i stick to using this for my adsense sites for better return.

Yes, we do have other clients using our services for the said publishers as alternatives.
They are generally not as sensitive but, of course, they aren't as profitable either.
