$6k is big. If that kind of money is stripped from me, I go storm the office, then post about it.
If you are serious about fraudulent traffic, why wouldn't your AMs and compliance department work together?
Perhaps Steve, you could let us know if you will be paid in part for the traffic given by this affiliate?
This affiliate was not "advertising on Instagram". He was comment spamming Instagram photos. This violates both Instagram's terms and conditions:
11. You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any Instagram members ("Spam").
as well as MaxBounty's:
4.7. Affiliate must not display any Ad in third party newsgroups, social networks, message boards, blogs, link farms, counters, chatrooms or guestbooks without the consent of such third party entity.
He was caught, he was terminated. Really not much else to report.

Please list all the networks that allow spam as a means of traffic. Oh, that's right...there are none.
This is such a good point -- my gf and I just came to the same conclusion together. It's not like MaxBounty is a huge company, I'm sure everyone at the very least hears rumors of what is going on.

Hey,
Oh okay, no problem.
You get paid in 11 days from now, so not too far.
Then you are on weekly payments.
If you really ramp you could get in a winning contest spot.
Cheers,
@BlueTurtle, thanks I really liked your reply.
I forgot to mention something, when I replied to adam's email that I am waiting on payment to re run traffic.
This was his reply:
Then surprisingly I got banned 24 hours later.
For people who are blabbering that I am whining for being banned from maxbounty, I know what I did was wrong, but my point is, the way they did it.
They had me push as much traffic as I can, and when they found out I am waiting on payday they banned me because they knew they were going to ban me on payday since the first day.
Regarding the traffic, I KNOW for sure that the advertiser Loves my traffic, and I KNOW that MB will be paid/was paid for my leads. Oh by the way if i had bad traffic Adam wouldn't be asking me to increase the volume would he ?
Social Traffic is legitimately purchased traffic from social media sites where the site owner has given permission by writing or by the presence of an advertising platform.
It is NOT comment spam, ad posting, fake profiles etc.
YES some advertisers dont care, and some networks dont care, they assume they wont be sued, and are happy with traffic thats converts for them from anywhere. MaxBounty is one of the strictest networks for sticking to the rules - I suggest if in doubt run the full campaign past your AM, and get written (email) approval for the campaign. If you cant do this, the method is too black for the network, and you DO stand to loose commissions if you get caught.
From the OP the dates seem to be awful close to an end of month network payment / quality check, which may explain the 'sneakyness' of the ban just prior to payout. I still dont see an answer from Steve on if Maxbounty were paid anything for these leads?
