Not sure how its working these days, haven't done fb adds in a little while, but i was doing up to 800 a day limits when I was right into fb ad's.

You are right, Zuck-B is changing rules everyday.
Even though you can activate account today, but will be ad manage error or disable next day.

I have fb ads with 250$ limit that can spend around 370$ in 2 days. And also failed ads acc same 250$ daily limit. The time i m writing this post i don t have any on stock but will have in a few days.( stock gets exhausted very fast) skype id barligea
