Hi Guys, I purchased SB last week and can't make it work to its full potential due to proxies trouble. I bought 10 private proxies from a company and harvested two campaign on first day of 30K urls and my proxies got broke and they have to change it.

I used the new proxies again for 2 days with some campaign less than 100K url and they got broken again and they close my account saying I am spamming .

I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I noticed that my proxies broke in last campaign during harvesting and not posting. Please help me out and give me advice so that i could use this great software.

heres the reason -

private proxies should only be use for posting comments.
to much harvesting racks up google bans on the proxies and thats why.

for url harvesting you wanna go with a private supply of public proxy lists
+ 10 private proxies to post comments . thats it

What you mean that they do not work any more?

Usually G ban an IP temporary ... Or better said, it not ban the IP it only introduce a captcha solving windows after each search and since SB harvest does not solve captcha you will see that the proxy does not work. But this restriction is lift up after a few hours if the attack stop (you stop harvesting). I saw many time my SB proxy checker tell my that my IP's are block by G and after a while they was ok.

So before you go to your proxy provider and ask for new proxy put one of those proxy in the browser and try to make a search no google, if you get a captcha solving windows, solve it and just let them settle for a few hours and then try again.

Second you can use private proxy for harvesting as much as you lower your connection.

Usually, with 10 private proxy you should lower your harvesting connection to 1 max 2. It will take longer but you will say under the radar.

Now my dedi is down but when it will be up I will show you how can you harvest google for 1000 kw with 10 private proxy.

I do not say things that I have never test it.

Second his provider block his IP's because after G block them, I talk about avoiding to be block by G.

If the problem is with your proxy provider then you should find one that allow SB.

They are selling at BHW and telling me not to spam . I have lower the threads as per your advice and will see if I got caught or not this time.

Is there any limit on keyword harvesting like I should harvest say 200 keywords each time or less for not getting caught.

Yeah, I have run into that issue here on BHW before, its a bad provider. They want to sell to people and hope for the best, and then when they get into trouble they pass the buck on to you. Its shady as far as I am concerned. Get your self a real provider, pm me if your looking for some.

Like when you start posting for 5 minutes the cpu usage is 0% to 1% and then it starts gradually increasing. For example when posting trackbacks (4 instances, 15 connections each) in the beginning it uses barely any cpu however the usage grows all the time. By the time all the instances have finished posting to 2/3 of the 200k list the total cpu usage of computer is from 30 to 95 % and each scrapebox instance is using from 1% to 20% cpu as well as system process "Interupts" uses up to 10% cpu.

I have used tool called xperf to check if there isn't any drivers or anything suspicious that might be causing the problem however i didn't find anything. I have been using scrapebox a lot for the last 4 months and i have always been noticing it.

The cpu usage spikes cause some other software which i use become unstable so I'd be really glad if you could look into it.

The scrapebox support replied saying that there are problems with my VPS however i have been searching a lot for the possible causes and haven't found any problems. I don't have another VPS though so I'm unable to do any comparisons.

I just got a license transfered the thing is, when i load the software, it's not activated. If i click on activate, i get the proompt asking for Paypal ID, name etc.. and that it will take up to 12hours etc... But i already did this step ?
I received the email saying that it's done ?

I'm lost here ?

thats easy - your public proxie supply is rubbish let me explain..

scrapebox scrapes proxies from urls - also there are 2/3 other tools
on bhw that scrape proxies from urls and test them, you following me
your all testing the same proxies from the same urls thats why they die
so fast... u have 2 choices... 1 find a better source .. 2 find some1 else
who can do it for you ... end.

As proxygo said, its likely your proxies. If you go to settings >> use multi threaded harvester and uncheck that, then try and harvest, you will see error codes in the status column. 302 for google is ip banned = bad proxy
999 for yahoo is ip banned
aol I think is error 403 is ip banned

Go to help >> test server connection, are all 6 lights green or are some red? If green then contact support. If red, then something is blocking scrapeboxes access to the internet and you need to find the offending program. Then add allow rules for scrapebox or close it down/uninstall it.

Ive never noticed this and Ive run scrapebox on dedicated servers from no less then 10 different companies in multiple countries around the world, Ive also run it on VPS and Ive run it on multiple home based machines from Vista to windows 7 and Ive never seen this in any of the 40+ instances I might have running across multiple machines at any given time.

Even when they lock up because of a bad url or something on occasion, they cpu usage stays constant, its about 6% on most of my instances when that happens, but it doesn't increase.

Has this happened across multiple different machines for you, or just this one?

I can't think of any logical reason of what would cause this. I can say that different hosts use different images with pre-configured options. It would seem that a copy of windows server would be similar in most cases, but so much can be pre-custmized by the host, and then there is whatever platform the vps image is actually running on top of etc...

I cancelled one host because I tried out multiple of their machines and they would just randomly restart with scrapebox running. It was crazy, Id let it go and then come back adn the entire server would crash and restart. I tried 6 different dedicated servers with that company, it was random and seemed fixed for a while, and Id go round and round with their tech support. Never had that issue with any other host.

Point is, it could well be your actual VPS. You may or may not find the problem and you may or may not be able to fix it if you do. But you could try and ask your VPS provider for a different physical machine and/or eventually check out different hosts. At a point it becomes not worth your time to try and fix it vs walking away.

I don't shop much at this point, just every 6 months to make sure Im getting a good deal, but Ive left 2 hosts total for issues that no one else was having and as soon as I moved hosts, the issues were "magically solved", meaning the issue was with the host and their setup not playing nicely with my configuration.

My 2 cents.
