I'm getting that tesseract crash all the time as well as another bug: Run-time error '53' File not found: C:\progra~1\captch~1\captcha1.gif' (which crashes the program)

Another question: I used the captcha destruction kit to add a new captcha type, but when I activate it the same exact captcha type keeps coming up unknown. I have clicked the checkbox in the main window to activate it as well and it still comes up unknown. Can you advise?

For the first error, a simple uninstall and reinstall should fix the issue, in case it doesn't, please send me a PM with your skype id and we'll have it fixed.

The second question, I had the exact same issue with an article directory captcha type, the problem was it was generating different sizes on different sites, and i had to add that exact captcha type, about 4 times in captcha destruction kit. But don't get me wrong, i took 4 different sites and added the captcha type from those different sites. Otherwise it can result in an unknown captcha.

This issue happend alo on an implemented wordpress captcha type, the exact captcha type came through but in a smaller size, this is why it was identifyed as unknown

1) Can you guys add a necessary thing where when unknown captchas show up you save the url so that we can populate the learning tool with a url? Right now it is just saving the images one by one.
2) You need to add a way to export our saved captcha profiles - i uninstalled and re-installed and had to do it all over again.

Have a bug with the user defined items when check 'all' they are all selected when unchecked they all disappear and the only way I can get them back is to go into Captcha Destruction kit. Also unchecking the main box seems to minimize that tree. Still no Select All / Unselect All - Not sure what types of captchas are used with some programs so this would be more useful.

Also still needs maximize window - I could fit all tree on left hand side of screen in 1920 resolution instead of having to scroll up and down - App is there in terms of what it does just needs some better usability

Other than that eagerly await new captchas & save captchas with URL / image size in title would be useful.

The url isn't passed so no way it can be saved. Just search for the captcha in google images and you'll find the pages where it appears.

It's been 40+ hours since I paid for CS and yet I cannot use it. First I had to wait for the activation... currently when I start the software nothing happens. I red the installation readme and I think I did everything properly, so I need some support, but no answer yet and I really need CS to start working...

CS has now solved over 45k Captcha's Depending on what service you use it's already payed for itself twice over in a week. =D

would it be possible to train CS to recognize vbulletin forum captchas? im manually going through 100 of them and typing the answers and trying to adjust the image filter as best i can, just wanted to know if i should stop now or keep on typing them answers.

I have played around with vBulletin in destruction kit and i would say it requires a speciall algo in order to get a high success rate.

Did you interpret me wrong? The other guy asked if you could also save the urls the captcha appears at along with the captcha image, and I told him that the software doesn't know the url and hence there is no way to save it, and he could just search for the saved captcha image in google images and he'll find the urls where it appears.

Sorry about that, the url can not be saved as only the captcha comes through to Captcha Sniper not the url. This would be a feature that the tools you use would have to implement. Senuke for example has a folder where it saves the unsolved captcha's with url's

After the update, which is super awesome by the way, I do have a problem with the captcha destruction kit.

I'm using the saved images that couldn't be solved and importing them in to the destruction kit (after sorting them into groups that are the same) But I get a runtime 53 error. File not found captcha.gif

Any ideas?

This thread is getting huge and I've read it all way from page 1!! The same goes with GSA. So I'm proposing making an unofficial forum for this software and GSA where you can share information, captchas, etc.

There are a number of advantages, posts, problems and solutions are easier to find, sticky posts, etc etc.

What do you guys think? I'm happy to build something, it will only take a few days. But I don't want to waste my time if you don't want it, let me know. If I get enough interest I'm happy to start. What do you think everybody and Andrei?
