You need to be sure to close CSSE properly. You need to click Stop first, then exit the software. All well documented. I guess you're right, Ill skip awesome new features like destruction kit in lieu of things like saving the users checked captchas ... seriously? lol

Captcha destruction kit is a great feature and well coded. To the point where on using it I thought that they were coded by different people. And yes, I clicked stopped, closed CSSE, then exited, then started CS again.

ok so I am really considering buying this tool for Scrapebox because I spend a ridiculous amount of money on captchas for scrapebox. Although reading the beginning of this thread I was about ready to buy it but after I clicked last I'm not so sure. Is alot of people having problems or just a few? Not trying to offend the programmers this software looks really awesome and I am impressed!

EDIT: Also does it support BlogEngine and Movable Type?

Buy it. It gets the work done and helps save on captcha cost. Pays for itself in the long run.

I was just watching CS run with my Ultimate Demon.

Basically after a while it just stops solving captchas .... So I closed it all down and reopened and it started up again .. Didn't enable csse this time .. See if it can run longer without stopping.

Aorher observation was it only successfully solved letters only captchas anything with numbers and letters failed.

As for providing a refund .. I own 2 copies .. I'd settle for a third licence instead.... Not sure whether your serious or joking around though.

Fix what bro? As for it stopping, you need to make sure you have the latest version along with updating the .net framework and vc++ in addition to limitng your thread count.

I hear ya bro .. by the same token, nothing irritates me more than a customer who has the opinion that 'its not working' when in fact the software works great.. and is always the case, its the person sitting behind the screen which can either 'make it work' or 'make it not work'.

I can take all the justified criticism you can dish out, but when you spout falsities and have not requested any form of support to rectify the problem and instead run off to a forum to make the claim that the app doesnt work, well then you get exactly what you got. Additionally, maybe you should suck it up and eat the humble pie instead of assuming its the softwares problem. You also lose credibility with your peers. Ive posted the solutions to stop it from 'freezing' and they work fine. If you continue have an isuue, simply shoot an email to technical support and we will look at your specific situation.

Obviously somethings not correct with the way you're using it. You are 100% incorrect in saying that any captcha that has a number fails. Ive got roughly 2k users who can prove you VERY wrong. So instead of going down the path you are, why dont you let us take a look at what you might be doing wrong and help you instead of posting this BS.

I'm simply not going to have someone say I'm lieing about this ... I'm sitting here watching it fail captchas over and over.... So put your money where your mouth is.

I can't provide the reason why it just stops solving ... Now I know that it does it I can watch out for the conditions that cause it and report back. I am more than happy to put up $1000 backing up my statements 100% - as I already have the screenshots and have been sitting here for an hour now watching it.... so you really need to calm down and act in a more professional manner - trying to belittle someone just because it's an internet forum gets you no respect.... quite the opposite.

Could you give me the link for the correct .net and the other things I need to install so that it doesn't stop working after a while? I haven't had a single problem with ANY other software I'm using, but I'll give it a try with your versions as well.

It stops working after awhile for everyone I have seen talk about it. It stops for me after about an hour. I have multiple copies and all of them do it. I am running the latest version, my software is completely up to date.

I just stop it completely and restart it every now and then. It would be nice if I didnt have to do that. But I knew it had this problem when I bought it. At some point I figure it will be fixed, at least I hope so, so I havent been complaining in the thread like these other people.

Hey guys, first off I apollagize for not replying in 4 days but the reason behind it is some family issues which i wouldn't wish for anyone to go through.

Let's calm down a bit since the goal here for us is to deliver a quality product which works and for you to be happy with what you payed for.

Now I don't say you couldn't be right but I would like to help you guys out and show you that it does work perfectly without issues if set up correctly.

A few things to have in mind are the settings on your OS, how many captchas you have ticked and how many tools you are running it with at the same time.

So let's calm down and please guys, send me your skype id's via PM and I will make sure you will have everything up and running without any issues.

I just tested the updates he made and it still doesn't work - still has the same issues.

There is only one thing left to have fixed which is to do with the VPS provider
so I will try to have that rectified asap... and report back.

What were the changes?

1. The machine didn't have vc++ 2008 installed which is crucial for Captcha Sniper to run correctly, as mentioned in our guide

2. I see the note: this copy of windows is not genuine! Windows copies which are detected as non genuine are lacking some crucial files which are unusable until this is fixed, so I would highly suggest to find a way and bypass that. This is also something that causes instability with Captcha Sniper as I have seen it before with a customer of ours, and as soon as that was fixed, everything ran smoothly.

3. Also please note that CSSE module is still buggy and won't close properly if you don't stop the server in CSSE before you exit CSSE. You will then have to look for it in taskmgr and kill it before you restart Captcha Sniper, otherwise it could not work properly.

The case is not closed yet, so we will wait until the genuine notification is fixed and we'll go from there.

But please have this in mind when you guys get a VPS:

1. Make sure there is a legit, original copy of Win 2008 installed, the not genuine notification disables the functionality of some files and things just won't work right, especially softwares which are ment for online promotion, running at high threads.

2. Google around a bit, and try to find a few reliable reviews about the company you wish to go with before buying.

So, for now in my opinion everything is fixed and should be running at full after the genuine notification is removed.

Yep, exactly what i mentioned above. There are ways of bypassing that if you google for it and you could probably do it yourself, but i would highly suggest they fix it and set you up with a genuine copy.

As I mentioned to you, I have seen this with only a couple of customers, it just didn't work right. One I was able to fix as it was his home computer, and he fixed the issue right away, but the other one was a VPS, and they just didn't want to fix it, saying that it runs perfectly normal with that notification on, but it really it doesn't
