What you describe is learning, not failing. You just have to keep trying, try all kind of different things and don't give up on one fast. Keep trying and you'll find what works for you. Everyone has a different set of skills and has to learn how to make money with them. It's not the same thing that works for everyone and IM is bigger then anything else and the competition - compared to other things is little (e.g. retail, finance, ...) you just have to find your spot..

I totally agree, but in order to get traffic to your websites & market your products you will need to learn the basics of marketing & I beleive that that's what those methods do - they build a foundation.
