No option available 4 Indians to add funds.....jst ask someone (Non-Indians) to transfer fund to your paypal account

If you wish to send payment to anyone with Indian paypal you need to have a credit card.
There is no other option through which you can pay.
Even if you have balance in your paypal account, you cannot pay. You can only transfer the balance back to your bank account.

Dude you can add funds through your credit card, and VISA and Matercard Debit Card will also work. And you can also transfer the funds through Internet Banking Account. Just add your Card or Bank Account ad you will be able to add funds..

Don't ask any one to transfer funds to your account. You can't use that even. Paypal doesn't allow us to pay through balance or bank account (These are Reserve bank policies for controlling black money outflow......Paypal have to follow it).
Only solution is to get a prepaid credit card. I use entropay card for more than a year. You can prepay it with any of your Indian debit card that has 3d-secure lock enabled. For some cards it is also necessary to activate internet banking, so do both of these.
Then you can add this card to your paypal and spend freely.

You can send up to $3000 per transaction to any verified paypal accounts in India. You can't send $$ to an un-verified Indian paypal.
I know hon, I mean I cannot send as a GIFT to where they don't pay the transaction fees. Pretty crappy IMHO.

even if you have verified Indian account with more than $10000 transaction,they will definitely request Tax charges.I got it from my USA one.

You can send it as mass-pay. It costs you $1 for every mass-pay payment though.
