just sell something on ebay, fiverr, amazon or on any other site, buy with ur paypal account (assuming u have no balance in your paypal), so the invoice will be charged on your credit card and now raise a refund ( there could be some fee)..

add funds to credit card that is attached to your paypal acount,it will $0.00 in paypal but if you buy something,in Paypal it will show THAT money which is available in the credit card so you can buy the service from your credit card indirectly...

you cannot add funds with your account, you can only pay via cc or debit card.
