1) For Organic Traffic its:
2,500 package 4-5 weeks
5,000 package 5-6 weeks
10,000 package 6-7 weeks
20,000 package 7-8 weeks
50,000 package 8-9 weeks
100,000 package 10-12 weeks

For Targeted Traffic - its as fast as you want it to be.

Similarities:
1. Visitors are sent to your website from redirected expired domains
2. Both will not allow these other conditions:
- Url(s) may not break out of frames.
