You can check Adbrite, Infolinks or If you are good at selling products try Amazon, Clickbank, Ebay..

Most programs have their own payment system and won't pay to paypal. I could be wrong but certainly all all of the methods/programs I use to monetize my sites have their own payment systems. You could try optimizing a squidoo lens or hubpage to rank well and you'll receive a revenue share commission to your paypal account that way?

No!
Adbrite is easy to get accepted, Infolinks(I think) takes time (make your blog very attractive and unique)..
Amazon, clickbank is easy to get accepted..

Some pays you through check like Adbrite and Infolinks...
Amazon also pays through check and Clickbank pays you first check then after some checks you received they sent you money through Paypal..
