Do not over existed with your sudden increase PPC earnings and don't run the campaigns in big traffic!
Try to lower your CTR below 5%
They have good hide referrer script, so not to worry about source of traffic!

For E-commerce, do you mean actual purchases of products?
For those, your results will vary widely.
Some client had good results, some not so good.

This kind of feedback worries me. If it is necessary to hide the referrer - then it is not a good sign at all - it raises the red flag for me.
Plus the fact you avoided answer to my question also doesn't fill me with confidence either.
I think I won't toy with my AdSense account.
