Any guarantees that one won't lose their adsense account with this traffic?

What does search engine traffic mean?
What are the ref. ?

I.e if I look on my stats will all the traffic look like its coming from search engine or thousands of websites or just 1 domain (which is the norm with bought traffic that is tracked)

I have received my purchase + 50% bonus . Everything seems to work fine so far . I am using focused + unique visitors so that my CTR is not very high . I am not sure about my adsense account . It is 1 year old with no fraud activity so far . My account has received payments for 10 / 12 months . Lets see if we can maximize it a bit ( i highly doubt i will succeed but anyway! ) .

Just one question . Is it important to keep just your " main " site CTR low or the entire account ? I mean for example , if you have 5 sites , one of them has 30% CTR and the rest of them 0.5% , so the entire account's CTR is around 4-5% . Is that OK or the main site's CTR needs to be low as well ?

To be honest, we cannot absolutely guarantee this.
You can go crazy and lift your CTR way and down then... boom.
BUT, we have several clients including ourselves, that have been using our service for more than a year without problems.
We have several tips in our client area that we advise our clients to follow.

Search Engine Visitors is visitors that actually originate from a S.E.
The referral will be the regular unique S.E. URL.
Your website must (of course) be indexed already to us it.

Thanks for the reply, however I feel like you avoided the most important question of them all, the one about the way the advertisements are presented to the user. Would be great to see an example site where the visitors see my ads and are coming from - have to know it to be able to use your service with no worry. I'am really satisfied with the results I had with your service so far, but a bit worried on the other hand because an inner voice is telling me that those clickers might be coming from a PTC service and are paid to click. If you can shed some light on these aspects - I might use your service on a larger scale.
