YouTube Fights Back: More Captchas

Got word today that YT is putting captchas on their video sharing feature, which was what I found to be the most efficient and effective for driving authentic views (using multiple accounts through Tube Toolbox). The TT owner promises to have a workaround by tonight, but I'm somewhat skeptical. Things like this make me think I should abandon ship, put some elbow grease on and go white hat. Are we losing this race?

Googs is annoying me more and more lately though.

Yes indeed, Google is getting on my damn nerves. This WILL be my last week fooling with Google SEO if THEY don't step up to my expectations. I've been doing a fair balance of WH and BH quality SEO work, for the longest amount of time. The recent shitery of Google is really annoying.

I wonder when they will go so far that ordinary visitors will not take it anymore.

I kind of think that maybe we are going towards a time when the popular sites will have to implement all sorts of precautionary measures and piss the regular visitors off that will move on to other not so popular yet sites with less security. When these will be targeted and step up their counter measures, then another site will take the common vistors and so on....

I don't think so, blackhatters are faster than ordinary internet users at finding the sites to spam, or not? I am getting confused....

Google's recent shittery has got one of my major sites totally gone from its #1 spot. Losing money every minute and it was a white hat site, that apparently is no longer and is somehow black hat. To hell with you Google.

Yes Google is doing BS, I am glad that we all understand this. I believe they want to have COMPLETE control over everything, and they now want to decide what's best for the internet, this slowly-approaching fascism state of mind, they better pull up their socks. They want to cut the profit from webmasters and integrate a complete corporate state. Good thing I'm moving fast and changing my business model. Let me clarify, they don't exactly want to cut the profit from the webmasters but they aren't allowing the natural path of information to flow, they want to decide what's the best content for seeking internet users, and of course this is not in webmasters' best interest, therefore cutting us out of the equation.

It looks like he found a way to fix it. This guy is pretty legit and Toolbox one of the better and most consistently updated programs out there. Props to my man for his hard work.

As far as the war goes, BHers will always find ways around. I think it's just going to be the bad ass ones that are able to survive and make a decent income. As for me, I think I will retire early and go into underwater basket weaving.

From there point of view though it is a good strategy. Their ultimate goal is, of course, to understand what the user wants any control the flow of information so that they get the best content at the top. If the user gets what they want then they are more apt to return.
