Hi Everyone.

There are a few issues mentioned here.

Firstly, Rank Tracker not retrieving Google results: I can confirm that this is a bug and the development team are currently investigating. The problem is intermittent and generally users find that if they try a few times they'll get the results back.

If you're having this issue please let us know what time of day you're running Rank Tracker (and your timezone) as we're trying to narrow down causes for the issue and so far it never occurs when we try to reproduce it (which is really annoying!).

Retry Limit message in Keyword Research: This started on Friday 13th and was caused by a change to the Google Keyword Tool. We had a fix out by Saturday morning (after Andrew, one of our devs worked 20 hours straight to get it fixed!) If anyone still has trouble after updating let us know via support so we can investigate for you.

MS nearly gave me a heart attack just now! Run the rank tracker and it showed me "not found" in top 1000 for nearly all my keywords. Updated the prog and it worked fine then.

Google updated their code recently. Traffic Travis had stopped working as well, it's working after the latest update though.
No idea about Market Samurai, it sucks, i uninstalled it.

I'm thinking of getting SEO Power Suite to do KW Research and rank tracking, but I wonder if they are also facing the same issues as Market Samurai, since the root cause if Google making changes?

I've noticed problems with Traffic Travis as well. The Page Authority always comes up as Zero, whereas it used to come up fine till a while back

No page authority issues on my end, at least.... not yet

Market Samurai just gives you a big pop up now, saying that many things are not working! It sucks because all the things the tool is supposed to do are not working. It just says continue after giving the warning. That is like asking someone to take a seat in a car and just and not go anywhere.

They usually update their rank tracker every now and then when Google shuts down their queries. This time however, it has been over 2-3 weeks since it went down.

Rank Tracker is especially stupid when using proxies to check google, sometimes it checks page 1, then page 2, then again page 1 and so on... What do I say, sometimes... It's like every second time I check that it has problems.

While that may be the case, not all 400k use MS anymore and a lot will probably drop MS due to the new subscription model. What majority of what is left from this would go towards the service provider with the nifty google API ready to serve its customers.

Still, not a bad way to boost their funds, even if its a small portion.

After the change in Google Rating Module most of these Tools are ineffective. I would rather use the trial version forever instead of going for the paid version. Trying this tool will be good for a starter who would like to do SEO for his/her site as we get to know how things work in here.

For those who like this tool and would like to use it forever can try the Market Samurai cracking tip which can help you in using this tool for free.

I would rather prefer SEO Profiler which is much better than Market Samurai.

I use rankerizer it is free but the bad thing is you have to sign up to some list to get the software.

Although there is nothing stopping you from using 10minutemail.com > sign up for software>download it > no junk mail!

For me its totally OK. I use a crack version and its totally clear. I don't know about others dude.
