Anyone else having issues with MS? One day I've got rankings on page 1,2 and 3. The next day I have a bunch of red "+" signs. This happens periodically and WAY too often if you ask me. I know the "+" signs are wrong because I can still see my links where I expect them to be!

I sent a service request to Noble Samurai. This is what they told me:

"Thanks for your email. It does seem like there was a connectivity issue, as the problem seems to have resolved itself. Can you please try running Rank Tracker again?
If you still have a problem, please let me know."


I get that there will be occasional connectivity issues with Google and don't get me wrong, I LOVE Market Samurai. But common now... I'm thinking they could do something to work on their reliability and consistency right? Anyone else having these issues?

Ya, I love MS as well, but it's too unreliable to trust, and it fails too often.
 
i couldnt keyword research with MS today...said that adove air failed or something...
-yes i have the lastest version of adobe air
 
It has something to do with their built in proxies. Use your own Proxies or rely on theirs :)　Try it at different times sometimes many people are checking at once.
 
I've been having trouble researching keywords all day. Other features have worked fine.

The error message I'm getting reads: "retry limit exceeded. This is often a temporary message; please try again later."
 
No issues here with Market Samurai :) Luckily. I had to go through and check over most of my domains.

I usually avoid midnight-ish EST because it tends to get hit pretty hard, however lately I've had no issues, aside from perhaps some lag while switching projects/tabs.
 
i hate it when some keywords doesnt give any results in MS, not even a "-". :(
 
Rank Checker has been shit for 4 days now. I hope they get this fixed. It is happening way too frequently now.
 
Google is making changes that's why it's not working, It's not only MS but all software that access Google! They will get it fixed soon! Happens once or twice a month!

I stand corrected. I now get the retry limit exceeded. It's not my GA account either as I can manually check just fine.

Google may infact be messing with things. Perhaps MS will be rolling out with a new update soon, if its a permanent change from Google.
 
Their Rank Tracking is never consistent.

Use Microsite Masters or Advance Web Ranking.
 
There's been an update to software, but isn't fetching data from the googz =( hope it's back up soon
 
I'm going to try to switch to my own proxies and run rank tracker... I'll let everyone know
 
The keyword tool is working again, but rank checker is still F...ed up. This is now day 5. Shit is getting old.
 
rank trackers always given me problems. I had one site it said was at 1 & 2 for a keyword but i could never find it plus it gets no visits and another thats getting visits but ranktracker says not found in top 1000

i keep meaning to switch but dont fancy starting my graphs again as they look nice (mostly)
 
What do you expect from an app that's written in javascript
 
None of my rank tracking projects are working for me either. I think this is after the update that it started to break.

It could be the proxies (the built in ones), try private proxies that may work for you.

I tried a private on a project that didn't work with public and it updated the ranks, but then tried another site rank, and failed...

I do hope they fix it, not sure what the alternatives are for ranking... Anyone?
 
I finally got an email back from them claiming their rank checker is working fine. Arrrghhhh!!
