Free Adsense ad placement in turn for regular backlink building...

Hi everyone,

I have a website that has consistently been getting 350+ visitors a day for the last 2 months and since Google doesn't seem to want to give me an Adsense account I thought of an idea: In return for regular backlink building (no porn/hyip/pharma/warez links) and some social media promotion I can place your Adsense ads on my site. I am not asking for any $$$ for placement as I am needing some promotion for my site (need to increase conversions) and thought that this idea might be ok.
