We can't give a conversion ratio because different offers have different results. Some as different as night and day. Its really a matter of trying. Those which work really well - customers don't share with us their results but they keep ordering larger and larger campaigns so it must work really well.

Yes we can send traffic to sub-domains.

If there is redirection its NP so long as you are using our targeted traffic.

I can't advise on the packages -- but I always advise you try the min-moderate quantity and upgrade from there. Getting success is a matter of trying different things so you don't want to blow all your cards on 1 bet. Try small packages here and there and keep tweaking (our targeted package allows you to tweak as much as you want).

If you take our targeted campaign its is as many as you need up to hundreds of thousands per day for USA traffic but for other countries like middle eastern countries for example its limited to a few hundred to 2000 per day because we don't have that quantity to start with.
