Has anyone else noticed their sites on this hosting are hacked? All of mine are hacked and saying "owned by Xrobot"

hey guys!

i just want to post a message here coz support is not responding (already messaged 3 times)

im having problems with installing stuff like content lock pro and piwik

mysql database says that i have the maximum amount of databases used but i have the plan reseller.

please help. thanks
 
2 of my 3 reseller acounts was hacked the last month
No support
i got to fix and move 60++ websites 1 by 1

This is nothing to do with the hosting J1218, if you have proof that this is happening then please pass this to me otherwise your statement could be quite damaging so we do need proof please

That's why I was asking if it happened to anyone else.

My proof is that I have 3 different hosting accounts: 1 with Host Gator, 1 with Blue Host, and 1 with you guys.

None of the sites on my HG or BH servers were touched, whereas every site I have hosted with your service got hacked. I'm not saying it was necessarily the fault of your hosting, but it did just seem odd that no sites of mine with other providers got hacked at all.

Anyway, I already talked to Bart about it on Skype and then I found someone to fix it for me.
 
can someone for customer support get back to me. I raised 2 tickets over a week and no response. I have private messaged extrawinner too for several days and no response.
Two packages for hosting in shopping cart at same time. I asked for it to be amended. It was done. Then I paid.
Then 2nd invoice is reissued for identical package i paid and because not paid service suspended,
So please someone get back to me as been over one week and if i cant get hosted with yous i need to move on..

By any chance do you offer something like a bunch of different C class IPs to how a lot of different sites?

Can you set me up a VPS with scrapebox if I send you the money for the license? Also can you install everything so that I can just remotely start using it?

Thanks, I've never used a VPS for scrapebox before, so I pretty much want everything done for me. Let me know if this is possible.
 
One of my website seems to have a way longer load time than the other, why is that? They're both hosted on the same account.
 
ezlegion is there any spots left in 2 years free hosting if so i would like to try and upgrade later !

Is anyone else getting database error on all of the websites? Infact, the cPanel is taking hours to load.
