You can pay via paypal directly or via a credit card using paypal as the payment processor. Outside of this you can have a friend purchase scrapebox for you and then it can be registered in your name. Just let support know if you take this route.
Sure. I use private proxies exclusively for everything in sbox. I harvest millions of urls in a go with my private proxies. In fact I have pulled 6 million+ urls in the past 24 hours with settings on 5 or less connections per an engine.
The advantage to using only private proxies for scraping is multi fold.
1.) You don't have to waste time all day harvesting public proxies. This is just lost production time.
2.) You don't have to source proxies in the first place, this is just more lost production time.
3.) The speed of private proxies is so great that you can run with only a few connections, like my 5 connections above and still go way faster then having 50 connections with public proxies. I can harvest many more results with private proxies in a given time frame then with public proxies.
4.) If you do it right, you aren't likely to get your IPs banned bu rarely if at all. You just have to do it "right" . I describe right as setting your connections to 20% of your proxies. So if you have 10 proxies, set your connections to 2 per engine. That doesn't sound like much, but they are so fast you can pull crazy amounts of urls. At 5 connecitons on google, 4 on bing and 3 on yahoo I pulled 6 million+ results in less then 24 hours. From 2am -4pm. So actually 14 hours.
So I vote and use private proxies Only with scrapebox. I rarely get IPs banned and I can scrape and PR check and everythign else as much as I want, endlessly even. You just have to know how to "fly under the radar" as it were. But even using private proxies to fly under the radar is better then taking the wagon train on the ground with public proxies. Still Way faster and better.
