Hi,

The problem I have does violate the PayPal guidelines, but I am stuck and I am looking a way out of it. So please help me if there's a way. So here's the problem -

A few years back when PayPal had a $100 limitation on the sending limit for each non-verified user. I had no credit cards at that time, so as to receive and spend I created more than one papal accounts with fake accounts. But the problem is that now, I have some money still remaining in the accounts which I neither can't spend nor withdraw without verifying the account but verifying the account is not possible as the accounts are fake. So is there any way now, I can use that money?

I know this is a stupid thing I have done, but that was years ago. Please do help me.

Ok, but why did you create fake accounts?

Think of it this way, you have gone against PP's terms and effecitvely misled them by creating a fake identity (presumably?). Now you want your money.

Contact Paypal and see what they say. If you can't do that, then say goodbye to your money.

Well, you should get a verified paypal account now to proove your real ID and show that's you are willing to behave from now on.

Reach paypal under the verified account , saying that you want your money back with providing any information they want.

i keep reading about virtual credit cards ... google for it or search on bhw

People create fake accounts because PayPal doesnt support their real countries.

Never done it myself, but I hear photoshop works wonders. Remember, they're not a govt... imagine showing your ID to buy a bottle of beer. Are they expert ID checkers? No, they just do the best they can.

Well...they are legally obligated to give you the money, regardless of the fact that the accounts are "fake".

However, as it states in their T&C, they will end up cancelling/closing your account...which and will refund you the balance after a 6-month "grace" period.

This is easy. It will cost you $20 to verify each account. If you are interested let me know. How will it be done? VBA's and / or VCC's. It's done all the time.

Is the account frozen??? Because before I verified my account with paypal I could use the account with limits. Are you saying that they have taken action against this account? and if so what did you do to trigger their attention??

I believe he said that he had to verify his accounts before he was able to transfer anything.

Yes but if fake names were used how can you prove that you are that fake person? They want to make sure that they are giving the money to the right person so they want proof. Use a fake name and well coming up with a real ID is somewhat more difficult.

Its possible that many limited accounts are asking for bank account verification and that is impossible to verify bank with fake info.

I think that paypal allows you to refund the money (may be it is just for 60 days after the payment) but if they allow it right now then refund that money to the sender and contact them before the refund and ask them to send it to your new paypal

I think it could work with some accounts
