I'm starting to think this whole thing is turning into middle school according to who is the most popular with people. Not the links kind of popular, but the social media kind of popular. Since Panda, I am higher up for my Facebook page than I am for my website using my good keywords which also happen to be in the name of my business, the name of my url, and the title of the site. That makes no sense. It was not that way before Panda. My Facebook page wasn't even in the top 1,000 for the same keywords (they are very competitive keywords).
Example: title: Black Hat World, url blackhatworld.com Search for black hat and the Facebook page for Black Hat World is pages before the site. Then sites that don't have the words black hat in the url or the title even come up higher. (I made all this up for an example) How could that be? I looked around to see who is before me, and they have tens of thousands of Facebook followers and are very popular on all the social media sites. It wasn't always this way. You could have good position if you worked hard enough on your site. I'm in a very competitive field. This is getting ridiculous. If they want popular, I will give them popular.
