WOW, it is a small world!! It is funny because we were having problem with SquidProxies and so we have been looking for someone to purchase 100 private proxies to service our 5 VPS servers and you WERE one of the candidates.
You guys and gals need to realize you are in the public eye and this is a small community and when you don't maintain a good reputation it costs you. Unfortunately today's competitive market we simply can't afford to have a bad image in the Public's eye. Just as Proxy2Go's choice to ignore his public presence and "Butt In" just cost him money and so SweetFunny's poor choice will cause her to lose out in the end! I was actually leaning toward ScrapeBoard on all of our servers, however in light of recent events, I'm now learning toward VenomSEO.
It is sad because until today I had always heard about SweetFunny's commitment to her product and had never had a problem with support.
Hell, I even programmed an Automated ScrapeBox Scheduler that some of you are running to support her cause and all of that was washed away by her decision in a 2 second span of time!
HERE ARE THE FACTS!!!
Here is the the transaction ID paste from when I purchased my VPS and I purchased ScrapeBox that same evening!
Oct 5, 2011 Payment To 2Checkout.com Completed
Express Checkout Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #62K28054FL357161E)
After paying for my VPS, it took several hours due to problems to upload my usual VPS backup software archive and when it finally completed, it was obvious immediately there were issues. I notified my ISP and he said he would take care of it.
I did not take possession of the MY SERVER until LATE Friday night which was actually early Saturday morning of the the 8th. At which time I tried to activate ScrapeBox for the
FIRST TIME and after several hours when it would not activate, I emailed support for the
"FIRST TIME" on Saturday the 8th at 4:26 AM
(Screens Capture are provide below of the email sent to support and the Skype Chat with ISP). SweetFunny REFUSED to activate my software which was only 1 to 2 days old!!!
After hearing about SweetFunny's log activity, I did inquire with my ISP and after speaking with him, I have received more details. It turns out when my new ISP was having problems he had to reload the Virtual OS several times to fix the problem. I asked him if he had worked with SrapeBox and he said he did try to get it working in the duration of the server problems.
SweetFunny has already confirmed this behavior in her logs files and this odd activity only support my statement that my ISP was having problem with our server and ScrapeBox was include in that! Instead of being accusatory SweetFunny could have simply taken 2 seconds to activate my BRAND NEW software which was less than 2 days old! It only makes sense that people would have problems with recently purchased software and an allowance would be made in the beggining in an effort to provide "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE".
Instead she chose to wasted more time making accusation and looking up logs than it would have taken to simply give a LOYAL customer the "BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT"!!! Even if this software was previously activated unknown too me amid all the server problems it would have taken 2 seconds to provide good customer service. Especially to a LOYAL customer who owned 3 copies himself and probably another 5 within his SEO group. She could have made a wiser decision and why she chose that path that cost her money, I'll never know!
If she had chosen a different path that same LOYAL customer would have probably gone on to make her more income with more software purchases, in contrast that simple 2 second time-frame where she choose her path cost her in the end.
So the fact remains that SweetFunny could have chosen to put forth that extra little effort to provide "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" for a LOYAL customer who had recently purchased "YET ANOTHER COPY" of her software and was having trouble setting it up!
SweetFunny, would you care to comment? Can you provide anything that disproves the facts as I have stated them?
I will even offer you the chance to rectify yourself, I'll repurchase the software, you can activate it and and I'll update my post as the situation was handled in a professional manner! We will chalk it up to just us having a bad day and move on... Think about it. If you even want to handle it silently, I'll go with that too..
Edit: ScreenShot of eMail to support after SweetFunny's log activity as proof
Skype Log confirming timeline of when Server was completed.
