My site is down again under the Dutch server.

Yes, all of my sites are down again on the Dutch server and cpanel and bpspace are not loading either, so I can't submit a support ticket.

Hi guys.
I tracked him already - at least location of his bots...

I am sorry for this, and in all honesty - I have had enough as well.
I contacted administration company we are testing, and I signed them up for full server management, and hardening.
Within 6 hours they will start working on our server fixing it, hardening, and monitoring 24/7 with ping from 3 locations in the world every 15 minutes.

Alright mine are back up now too. Thanks for getting it fixed quickly and hopefully in the future this doesn't happen anymore.

I know it's not your fault EW and you're doing everything you can, but I'm sure you understand how from a customer's perspective this can be quite frustrating.

I am deadly mad now, as I host all my sites on this server, so I know how frustrating this can be.

Our new management company just started, they will perform full hardening now.
They have nothing to do with our support, they are completely different, US based business.

Just quick update - server hardening was completed successfully.
All fixes have been made, and now we will wait for 24 hours to see if this is enough.
Our new management company have 24/7 monitoring of our server, so anything happens - they will work on resolving it - even if I am not here.
