My sites rankings are probably gonna take a beating for this since it's just recently indexed. An ETA would be nice

@Extrawinner/Ezlegion: Guys, I've changed my IPs of my nameservers on my accounts, but it was still pointing to the same old IP, so i logged inside the cpanel (I have reseller plan) so i went to WHM Panel and Main >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone >> mysite

There i see it still points to the same old IP, so i thought i must change that, i changed with the new IP and now whenever i visit any of my sites, it shows your bpspace.com site, now will you please help me?

still waiting for new DNS for the dutch server.... need both to make it work ns2 is still pointing to bad IP...

any ETA? its 3 days now

I just signed up for your service not a week ago - and now my sites are down 1 day after moving them over to your servers... I understand your busy - but a little heads up about downtime or any other type of problem would be nice.

What is the ETA to be up and running again? I am on server 3 I think. (France)

Keep us posted! Thnx.

I'm in the same boat.

Guys, please PM us the new info as soon as possible. Thanks.

@Extrawinner/Ezlegion: I think i know whats the problem of my previous post problem i mentioned, i terminated few accounts now and then added same domain and i see it's IP is assigned with the new IP you provided and it works fine now, but all old domains which are under OLD IP are pointing all my sites to your site, i.e. bpspace.com, if you're not getting me, then check out the below screenshot:

So i think you should move all my domains and other domains to the new IP inside your WHM, because i don't have access to do that and i don't want to loose all my data of other domains, my test domain had useless data which is why i terminated and added again, but other domains i can't do the same, please look into this and get back to me on skype or here.

thanks

Here's an explanation of what to do, please note I've replaced the IP you may need with xxxx's because I cannot make this public, pm or skype me for it:
But this is the full explanation of what to do when you get it:
If you're having problems with your site(s) being down first you need to determine whether you're on the french server or the dutch one.
Enter your domain into the website www.intodns.com, if the ip's that show end in 84 it's the french, 153 the dutch. If you're on the
french server we are currently doing a full backup, re-configuration and restore this will take time and unfortunately we have no
timescale for this but we're hoping it's done asap. If you're on the dutch server you need to get your registrar to change the dns settings
so that ns1.bpspace.com points to xx.xxx.xx.xxx. Please note your registrar may not understand this as this is not the norm for them.
Just stick to your guns and get them to do it.

Any luck yet for french server website owners yet? Atlest you should update the progress whats going on. So us a bar or make a page with ur progress.

I'm so disappointed with the way this has been handled, I had nothing but excellent things to say about this service but now I see why it's so cheap...

If I knew for a moment this would be down 3 days I would have got a second hosting company, one which emails their clients whats going on, one who will answer people back on skype, or one who might PM me back on a forum I bought from.

You've really messed this up lads, and cost me alot of money, I'm getting a second offshore hosting company now... and I pray I don't have to deal with an amateur operation like this again.

Flame me all you's want when I'm offline, but you boys have cost me alot money and have never contacted me once...

If you guys can't give us an ETA, atleast do something and give us the backup of our websites.

I just launched my web hosting site and have been down for 4 days....wtf is going on. cant even email you ppl because bpspace is down.

I agree and I would add here a refund would be an appropriate thing along with backup's of all websites.

Its now 72 hours and its a huge loss for many of the bhw guys including me. This is my 3rd post here today and still after so many hours NO one is there to assist on skype and no updates on this thread at all. I have always hear good things about extra but this time I guess I need to rethink about it. Hosting is such an issue with we atleast needs 24 hours support. As he stated above he have over 300 customers then why he is not replying and even mailing them about the problem?

I am in the same boat, but I was only 1 day into my new service and it does down after I move my domains over ;(

If anyone has any other offshore solutions for hosting within reasonable means, please shoot me a PM.

Hope the service is restored soon.. but I can't afford the downtime

I am on dutch server and refreshed edited the namserver on gdaddy and submitted again for one site.
Changed dns zone for another and 20 or so hours ago still nothing.
Wouldnt it be simplier if we were given a new nameserver instead of bpspace
which would point to the correct ip.

My customers are going to file non receipt goods and I risk disputes in pp account as well as 3 days sales.

Just quick update guys:

We have started re-installation of all files yesterday, and apparently our system got corrupted again - now we know where problem is located.
I am re-installing everything now.
I will start uploading files within 30-40 minutes.
As said before - this is waiting game, so please be patient.

Since it took pretty much all of yesterday to reupload the files am I right in saying I shouldn't expect to have my sites back up till tomorrow?

Is there any way of getting my backups so that I can host my sites elsewhere?

It will be way faster than that - we had to download whole server, now we need to re-upload just 2-3 folders.
Comparing this from downloading 2,5 million files, to uploading 1 million (same speed of 100 files/sec).
Within 30-40 minutes I should have ETA of this.

OK Guys, I am finishing account recreation on French server - so far so good.
It should end in 10-20 minutes. When that is finished I will start uploading files.
I will update you when that will start.

x2 on the refund... I've already left your hosting and spending my day uploading my sites elsewhere.

Maybe not a refund but I feel a free month of hosting would be nice... that way it'd encourage us to stay with them rather than wait for our backup files and switch host.

To be honest I'm not really bothered about a refund - it's not like the problem was their own fault, and it seems that they have resolved it as fast as possible.

Admittedly it's been very frustrating, to be honest, I've felt pretty devastated the last couple of days! Losing my sites has been like losing my own babies, having given birth to them and nurtured them... but at least I know they'll be be back home within a couple of hours!
