I changed my IP address of the nameserver over and now my url points directly to the bpspace homepage...lol

They will start working soon.
If you wont change them - they will get back to normal as soon as our DC will solve some problems.

Migration of server ended just few mins back.
We are re-installing everything now.
After OS re-install is complete we will take care of starting adding files to it.

If that would be true, no big company would use Amazon Cloud after their latest downtime...
As long as downtimes are not often - Google is good about it.
i had no idea that my primary domain was hosted at godaddy till this happend. i am so lame. anybody found a way to get around them not accepting an ip for a nameserver?
i cant fricken believe that i hosted it there, wtf? also, will add-on domains that are correctly pointed work even if primary does not? thanks guys

Actually we are testing this feature now - I got a new server today for testing if we can provide highest quality VPS.
French server is being installed.
We are re-installing whole server.

same here... no idea what to do.. I tried everything and NOTHING is working
yeah, that sucks. i did a couple press releases in google news that hit 1st page yesterday - i hate missing the traffic. i cant say i've lost any money, but i've lost a lot of email list building contacts.
it sucks for dheer though, if you've ever bought from him - he doesn't sleep. that guy makes deals all night. i dont care what time it is.
hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for all of us. glad i have xanax to see me through

But it doesn't help flaming Bart or Ben - I know these guys, they know what they're doing. I can assure you that it is being fixed. Just gotta realize that downloading files from server, re-installing everything, uploading files to server takes time. Its not like our personal computers, its server

I agree its not that easy but they should have a backup ready in the case their servers get hacked or something so they can just say us to change the DNS and everything runs smooth in a matter of minutes.
I don't mind paying extra buck for it but truly NO one is ready to bear losses due to server problems. I agree Extra is a great guy but he should do something with which we can get assured our sites won't be down for that long. Just a suggestion.
I can see that there's been no update in a while and I really am concerned that my sites are not back up yet. I specifically have woken up at 6am so I can catch up on the backlog of work because of the downtime, but none my sites are back and there is no update regarding the situation either.
Extrawinner/Ezlegion - I appreciate this situation is not your fault and also you are working hard to resolve it but please do keep us updated! It's especially worrying since about 12 hours ago you said the sites should be up in a few hours...
Edit: Just checked my rankings and some of my most competitive keywords on my most popular sites have dropped several rankings down on the first page, even though they have remained pretty consistent up till now. I'm not an SEO expert so i don't know if they'll how fast they will return to where they were but I feel devastated because I've been building up to this week with a lot of time and money put into SEO, since it's when several new TV shows launch, and now my rankings have dropped! :/
