Hi all,
There is a problem isolated to the dutch server, so sites on the other servers are not affected detrimentally at all.
Unfortunately though, you guys with sites on the dutch server are effected and I apologize for this.

The solution requires a higher level of access to the server than I have, only Bart can resolve this now and he's afk currently.
I do expect him to be checking in sometime soon when I'm sure he'll sort the problem quickly.

This is my No.1 priority and can assure you I will do everything in my power to get this resolved asap.

I've done everything I can and from this I've narrowed the problem so it will take Bart less time to sort out.

Thanks very much for your patience and I will try my absolute best to get this sorted asap.

Hi Fidler,
Bart will be working on it when he comes back online, I have messaged him with specific details that will allow him to fix the issue asap.
I understand your frustration because I've sites myself and no matter what the host, they can't guarantee 100% uptime.
So I definitely know how much of a detrimental effect it can have when visitors can't see your sites.

Whenever we do experience downtime, it is rare and with the nature of anonymous hosting the downtime is almost always to do with a customers site and not actually any server updates, malfunction, scheduled servicing or re-configuration.

It looks like Bart is gone until tomorrow and I am sure that others including myslef certainly do not want to be down for that long.
