I would like to not be bothered about Akismet banning me but I heard somewhere that they maintain a database for those caught in the spam filter and that Google has access to this database and then penalises those who are spamming. Not sure if its true but I don't intend to find out with my money sites so I'm NOT spamming the web 2.0s.
BTW signed up for your SB Classroom and eagerly awaiting its start so I can learn to use SB better.
I certainly have never seen the negative side of it. I mean if that were true, and you were my competition, all I would need to do is to get your website and spam it to a million urls and then akismet would ban you anyway and google would penalize you. Boom I just hurt my competition. Google has to play both sides and can't afford to have their algorithm so easily manipulated. Aside from that I would be making thousands per year taking out peoples competition.
You could also get you a throw away domain, and put up a little content on it and bomb it. Then after the dust settles link to your money site and/or just 301 it to the money site.
Glad you signed up for scrapebox classroom. Its going to be good, I was just working on some tools for it a few mins ago.
hey,
what i need: scrape google with no proxies with 1 thread, scrape 1000, wait 60-70secs, scrape 1000...
is it already implemented in sbox?
thanks
Yes you can do this now. Go to settings >> uncheck the "use multi threaded harvester" then you will be using the single threaded harvester.
Then in the comment poster section there is a drop down next to delay. You can pick a time from 1-10 seconds for the delay and it will use that when harvester. Or you can set it to RND. Then under settings >> set RND range you can set the RND (random) delay range. Then scrapebox will use a random delay inside the range you specify when harvesting between each harvest.
yes i know, but i talk about learn mode poster.
one platform has different definiton than another platform.
You should know the important of delay feature if you really use this learn mode
Yes I do use the learning mode poster and one of the greatest benefits of it is speed, adding a delay would undermine that. I am not sure I even know what you are talking about though regarding different definitions. You have to load a different definition file for each different platform.
If you are just saying that you are trying to post on a platform that has a timer built in to protect spam them all you have to do is take a bunch of random urls, like even
http://www.nosite.com
and paste that in a bunch of times, maybe to 80% density. So if you had 2K of urls you wanted to post to put 8K urls that are fake in there. Then open the whole thing in scrapebox and export and randomize it. Then set connections to like 1 in the learning mode addon. Then scrapebox will try to post to 1 url from the domain you want to post to, then it will take time to post to 4 fake urls before coming back to your next good url. This should in essence accomplish your delay. Think outside the box here, you can manipulate it several ways.
