Im buying this as I just had one of my hosting accounts with a well known domain company email me and suspended my hosting for 'illegal materials'.

My question is, if a company gets p1ssed and emails you guys, for illegal/suspicious activity, what will happen ?
can I leave my domain protected with 'whois' on another provider, and still be 'untouchable' with the content hosted with you?

We don't allow:
torrent seeders, hosting copyright videos, spam, websites related to child porn, hacking or hate

If you do none of the above we will always try to contact you first before any possibility of taking a site down.

So if we get a letter we speak to you first if we even think it's serious enough to at all.

Why are there two sets of plans? Seems like this new bpspace.com is cheaper with better specs...are both owned by ExtraWinner? I'm interested in the 99/yr from bpspace if both sets of plans are the same from ExtraWinner.
