-- Where did you get your 50k list? Harvest it or buy it. I have bought lists that were 100% junk - total waste.
-- if you harvested it yourself, did you remove duplicate DOMAINS? If you post to multiple pages on one domain, you can get shut down quickly.
-- 600 out of 50k is pretty small. I usually get 30-40% IF the list is unique domains.
-- how often do you test your proxies? I do this twice a day. Sometimes they all come back bad. So I harvest new ones, change my local IP (shut off firewall and turn it back on) and then it's better.
-- 15 checks out of 600 is 2.5%. I can usually get better.
-- do you use your own footprint or the built in footprint? I spend time looking at the blog pages that I DON'T want and add negatives to the footprint and get much better results
-- 50 simultaneous connections is way more than I use. I use 3-10 and go off and do something else
-- are you sure your private proxy IPs are not on a blacklist?
-- all of these refer to sBOX. sBOARD is another story!

i got 0% now.
i stoped 3 month doing Sb blasts and i was starting last week again.
when i try to test proxies they all got fail! time out blabla. not able to determine your ip adress ..
Not even 1 got tested successfully.

Firewall ? = off
Antivirus ? = off
connections = 50 mbit home
router config = ok

no way to post comments even with my own ip!

whats going wrong here?

In scrapebox go to help >> test server connection, how many boxes of the 6 are red and green?

Its likely something is blocking scrapebox. Even if you turn a firewall off and there is an existing rule it can still fire.

A quick test is try it in safe mode, as none of the possible offending programs launch by default in safe mode.

Also malware checkers can kill access to it. IT can't find your IP means that your IP isn't being passed. The way the proxy judge tests to see if its anonymous or not is it passes your real IP to the judge then reads the ip of the request thru the proxy. If its differen its anon, if its the same its not.

You need to find out what is interfering with your network traffic along the way, and stop it from doing so.

I run a list of auto approve, get approx out 50k, 600 success, use scrapebox to check to see if links are there but get approx 15 out of them all.

timeout = 40
using private proxies

this is on fast poster method.

any help much appreciated

settings look good, you probably have a bad auto approve list or you need to turn the connections down to like 5 or 10 if you have a slower inet connection/hardware.

hello I have purchased the scrape box should i have to pm the transaction id. How long it will take to active my SCRAPE Box. will i be able to harvest proxy using this

12 hours or less, yes you can harvest proxies with this.

Scrapebox looks like an awesome tool, however i am newb to the game and am trying to get basic information from people such as emails, and basic likes and interests.

No. Scrapebox scrapes urls from the engines and email addresses from urls and files. Its not going to scrape interests and likes etc.

Not at all true. Your ISP will care when they get abuse complaints. I forgot to check the use proxies box once and got a email from my ISP stating if it continued they would cancel me as a customer.

Simply not true. I have had licenses transferred and everything is fine. The scrapebox team doesn't do pms. Go to their contact page and email them if you like.

The only reason anyone would have problems with not getting it activated in less then 12 hours is if they can't follow simple directions. It asks for your name, email and transaction ID.

Well I would veture to guess people spell their own email wrong or they put in random numbers or notes for the transaction ID, or any number of other things. Such as turn on a firewall that blocks scrapebox from loading. Even thru the flooding I know people who have bought and true to the statment on the activation page, activation is done in less then 12 hours. They never quit anything with the flooding, they just slowed down a little on basic support emails due to a slow internet connection.

Anyway, have a look thru the pages of the dozens of people that have posted "just bought it and its great!" just since the flooding started alone.

I have turned down connections and adjusted time out settings
the AA was from here in the download section.
Im getting better results now, although scrapebox is playing funny, when I minimize it, it vanishes completely never to come back but is running in the task manager, strange one

second question: will scrapebox scrape craigslist emails for one city at a time or can i check all states and cities beforehand and let it grab all these emails?

I didn't transfer license or anything like that either. What gives? What should I do? I bought SB probably 6 months ago, so I dunno.

edit: now I got a popup saying something like "it almost looks like something is blocking scrapebox or trying to modify its TCP data"

If you provide SB with the pages/URLs that have emails in them, then it can scrape the emails.

Now, I'm not verse with CL, but I don't think SB's email harvester is advanced enough to scrape emails using captcha.

You have a firewall installed, or an anti-virus installed that's blocking SB?

Do you mean where the proxy manager's tests can test goog, then it tests the status and then the latency ("Time")? If so, you can skip the goog test if you want. I don't think there's a way to turn off the status and time tests, and you wouldn't want to even if there were if you are using sbox's proxy tester - those test the anonymity and responce time of the proxies, you don't want leaky proxies. And I hate slow proxies, they're like giant speed bumps in what I do.

The only other alternative I can think of to speed this part of it up is to use a proxy service where there are proxy lists already tested with scrapebox (e.g. proxygo's).

Something seems terribly wrong with SBs keyword harvester. I get a bunch of public proxies that pass the checks and try to harvest from a long list of keywords and it only starts with the first keyword or so, returning 20+, continues to "act" like its harvesting and stops after 5-10 minutes which is messed up.
Whenever I untick the use proxies button, I get fast and epic results, but since I'm harvesting a large list, I can't go without proxies. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I fix this? My public proxies passed everything

i checked all ip configs , rules and antimalware.
sometimes i can post and sometimes not.
proxy test still fail . only 2 proxies are working.
(nothing on my machine blocks) and thats far less
proxies than i need to scrape.
