where do i report a problem with another member from BHW?

Hey guys,

I was wondering where do i report a problem with another member? i dont want to name anyone (yet).

The thing is I bought something from another "registered member" here and paid for it then she says.... "I am waiting to see if her if paypal limits my account before I send it"

why should i be waiting to see what happens with her account. and i said as much to her. it isnt my problem.

PLUS I dont know - I just didnt feel right about the whole thing...

1) because the member sent me one set of info on BHW and then another on skype. said it was mistake.
2) because of above reason.

Finally i filled a dispute with paypal after more than 20 minutes of waiting but not seeing anything... now this person will not respond to the paypal dispute or refund the money and says close the dispute and i'll send the stuff over. i said no way, you have seen the money. let me see my goods and i'll cancel the claim.

but she wont agree. just repeats cancel and i'll give it to you.

I just dont feel good about this deal and so i just dont want it any more... i just want the money back and forget it like bad nightmare.

what do i do next?

edit: the thing is i'll get the money back one way or another so why doesnt the member just give it back and try to get back things on track. this is what i told her today morning... i quote from skype

but try and reason with them first, it does seem that you have been trying to, and the way you say it sounds to me fair enough on your part. If there account is under review and have limitations on it they should if asked send you the money back until its sorted their end

This guy sold me a Ebay account I met him on here, We talked over skype, I sent him $60 for the account, and I have not heard from him afteR that.

I sent e-mail for a week and still NOTHING!

That is the last time I will be buying something from someone on BHW
I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back from paypal but... I'm not really counting on it.

Beware of this SCAMMER! he will take your money

do remember that after you close the dispute, you will not be able to open another dispute on the same transaction.

Thats what i told her... and she said you can... i dont think she knows paypal rules about dispute.

I don't think you have anything to report yet until the paypal dispute is settled.

If you get your money back, no harm no foul, if paypal rules in their favor and you get what you bought, no harm no foul but if paypal rules in their favor and you don't get anything then you have something to report.

That being said, the seller should have given you what you paid for right after you paid for it and not doing so is a pretty crappy way of doing business.

Thats what i'll get my money back one way or another... the member is just making it harder and closing doors for anything in the future also.

i told her maybe if she closes the dispute maybe i will think again... but not after the way she has been acting.

i did spent *more* 1 hour on skype... saying you have seen the money now and that i ain't running away.

plus i mentioned

1) also said I am donor/jr-vip here at BHW and i have been around since 2009
2) and this BHW account is worth more than what i paid her. so she know her money is safe.

but all she kept saying was close the dispute and i'll send. and she again repeated the same thing today morning when i contacted her for a refund and that i didnt want to buy her stuff any more.

I dont wanna name names... just hope that it gets solved. I will not say if she is good or bad... because i dont know her.
just her way of dealing didnt seem right... first the wrong stats... then mentioning and the limit issue and then not repling to the paypal dispute (and it is now close to 24 hours since i opened the dispute - she is online and even talked to me this morning saying the same thing but will not reply to the dispute)

I think thats a valid reason to name the person... maybe open a new tread and get the person added to the BHW shit list.

oh! you'll get your money back... first file a dispute with paypal and then a just file a "Chargeback" with your CC company.

ChargeBack really hurts the sellers account more than they think or know.

It's a scam! She is trying to make you close the dispute so that she can run away with your money. Because once you close the dispute, you cannot open another one and she doesn't have to pay you back. You should open a shit list thread asap and let the community know what's going on, so that another member doesn't fall into this trap.

Buying and selling Ebay accounts isn't allowed on BHW.

You can open a shitlist thread any time you see fit as long as it is warranted and you follow the guidelines (no personal info etc).

you are a senior here so you'll understand better than me... it easy to tarnish someones reputation but hard for a person to build one. i dont have anything personal against the person. just wrong style of doing business specially here on BHW.

the reason i have'nt dropped the name is i hope she will do the right thing. So i i'll wait till monday. the thing is it is not a small amount either. $300

+ the shit list rules says BE SURE. so i hope she understands the on BHW these things are taken seriously.

she will loose the money when i do a creditcard Chargeback irrespective of what paypal dispute decides. and she will be banned from here too.

so she has got to make up her mind and do the right thing.
