Its going on 12 hours for me now...and it looks like it already has for you....have you contacted support?

I'm using private proxies and get the error 407 message when trying to create accounts.

When I test the proxies in SCRAPEBOARD I again get the 'Failed error 407' & one 'Failed error 404' however when I test the proxies in SCRAPEBOX they all come back as working fine and highlighted in green.

Is the problem the proxies or Scrapeboard?
 
Nevermind, ignore my last post:

Anyone else having the issue I had this is what fixed it:

I just removed the proxies which I imported from a .txt file. Then I opened up the same .txt file and copied the list of proxies in the recommended format of: proxy:ip:UN:PW. Then I just pasted these back into Scrapeboard using the right click and paste from clipboard.

Strange though that the import proxies function dodn't seem to let my proxies work properly??

Hey Guys
Last few days SB freezes on me while using SB Harvester.
Tried dozen times freezes every time.
I then have to go into Win Task manager to quit SB as it's non
responsive.

PS. Using 25 PP's all good
Updated to latest SB version.

Any Ideas?

It does say right on the activation page you just submitted to please allow up to 12 hours. :rolleyes:

Well I get way more value and make way more money off scrapebox then I do off my copy of Xrumer. Since Xrumer costs right about $600 and then $120 in fees per year, and scrapebox only costs $57, your getting about a $670+ discount on what scrapebox is worth in market comparison. Given the thousands of dollars I have made with scrapebox, its an even greater value.

Combine that with stellar support and tons of free updates and I think the developer deserves to sleep whenever they want.

Of course you have the even more logical fact that "last night" might be now, because if you didn't know, its always night time somewhere in the world.

Yeah, It is a bit new, its only been there around 2 years or so, so I could see how you could not notice it. :p

Sometimes its good to take 10 minutes and just click all the buttons in scrapebox and see what available options are, you can pick up on lots of new and useful things that way.

White Ghost Window/Not Responding - There is a white ghost window over top of the scrapebox window and it says (Not Responding) at the top. This generally means that scrapebox is just busy and is not currently able to display the window. Most of the time if you leave it alone and give it some time, it will come back and everything will be fine.
If leaving it alone isn't fixing the problem then you can check out the following reasons that its freezing. Here are the most common ones:

  • Malformed data - probably not the case with the harvester, but could be if you are throwing a ton of odd characters in the keywords.
  • Antivirus / Firewall Software
  • TCP stack - could be, but especially if you are running a newer version of windows its less likely, but possible. Try running it with fewer connections.
  • Resources - the most common cause is that windows can't keep up with what scrapebox asks it to do. Try running less other programs on your computer at the same time. Make sure your RAM and processor usage is less then 50% when trying to run scrapebox, less then 25% would be more ideal. Unless you are running something like a 8 core system with 12GB ram anyway. Something that cause also help is turning your connections way down, this will help keep usage down and then you can slowly increase them till it starts freezing.
Also you could try going to help >> reset settings to default to just make sure you don't have some stuff set way off

It's def not my system resources they are running at less than
15%. (6GB RAM, i7, 160GB SSD)
I have already tried resetting SB settings with connections way down, i'm
thinking it's AV program (although iv'e had the same one for a while
and SB was fine?) or something else is causing the problem, i'm
puzzled. :confused:

Will try and work it out...

I've been using scrapebox for about a month now and all of a sudden it's telling me I have an invalid license. I clicked activate and sent in my info again but it sucks because now I have to wait until it gets activated. I've never used this on any other computer... Has anybody ever ran into this kind of problem before? I'd like to know how long it takes because I have some deadlines...
 
3 activations here in 18 months
right after 3 new installs of windows
no issues here
