I currently have no $115 adwords accounts since I really prefer the $80 ones.. I can make a few if needed though.

Price for the $80 preloaded accounts are at $35/each. I currently have no facebook accounts though.

And yes Adwords accounts = activated and approved with loaded money ready to be spent.
