Yes I definitely agree, it is on the agenda but currently it's all priorities.

Infrastructure, customer care and quick reliable hosting will always be our priorities.

Bought a package 2 days ago, but my domain registrar requires both nameservers to point at unique IP addresses, but yours point to the same one. Anyone with some technical knowledge know if there's a way around this, so I didn't waste my money?

ezlegion is freakin awesome! Purchased my hosting and he has all of my sites moved from my old host in no time, back up and running with very little down time.
This is the best customer service experience on bhw!

Hi all,
It seems there's an issue with the German server.

Bart is the tech guy and I have messaged him and expect him to be online v soon as he tends to work US hours.

I understand how frustrating this is as it's happened to me before with other hosts. I know this doesn't help but I do know how much this can affect you guys and therefore you can be absolutely sure I will do everything in my power to help sort this problem asap.

At this stage I can only apologize.
I will keep everyone updated.

***UPDATE***

I have done a thorough check of everything I have access to and it seems that the German server is fine (and the others too).

So that only leaves one and unfortunately all you guys having the problem must be on that one. (At least knowing this helps me direct Bart quicker to a solution)

I am pm'ing you guys asap.

This particular server I cannot gain access to but Bart will no doubt know it very well so I'm sure he can sort it.

I am really sorry and rest assured this means a great deal to me.
