I need help... seems like people dont get it...

but this morning I realized than no one was able (or don't understand) how to download the content

What makes you think they can't or don't understand how to access the content rather than that they just don't want to complete the offer? How much traffic do these pages get? I had a mobil submit offer that paid $8 per conversion and I only converted 4 or 5 out of 800-900 that clicked over from my YT page specifically to get my content (which was a sexy type of video). So you see the conversion rate we could be talking about here.

The content locker itself seems okay, it clearly states that they have to complete an offer to unlock the content, at that point the visitor has to decide if it's worth it. Most of the time that answer is no, especially when as soon as you click one of the choices you have new tabs, pages, and windows opening up. It tends to make the visitor panic sometimes. So much virus crap out there that when things start opening usually I personally start closing them immediately.

It'll convert eventually, but probably not at the rate you are expecting.

Just a piece of advice the facebook pop out is kinda annoying..
And change the offer to email/zip offer, alot people don't like to enter their number because there are some hidden fees, and maybe some people that haven't experience that would enter their number.
And for entering email/zip offer, you can say that you are doing it because, there is some guys spamming etc and to prevent server overworking etc..

Correct me if i'm wrong

If the content locker is not converting well then its because the visitors are not really interested in completing it, keep testing with diff offers may be that helps and if you seriously think the visitors you are getting are not actually getting it what they have to do..you can put the video explaining them ..look the end of the day you have to split test million of things..to find out what works..

What countries are you targeting? I get subscription offers from your locker, not surveys. It's not worth it to subscribe as it would be more expensive than buying the files you're offering. Maybe the actual visitors realize that as well.

the facebook thing IS annoying. i'm not clicking it.

what is it by the way? although it's annoying, i might put it on my page.

I'd have to agree, it's almost like having two content lockers on your site, that facebook thing (directed at OP), even though they can just refresh to get rid of it, they might not know that. It pretty much just looks like a share button widget that kinda forces people to share his web page link on their facebook page.

Do not expect a lot of conversions from locked content. Most people are very aware of these type of offers and will just move on.

Get rid of the Facebook share pop-up. It is annoying as hell and probably contributes to a lot of visitors leaving right away.

On your content lock, keep it to simple email/zip submit offers that payout on 1st page submit. You want to get the payout as quick as possible.

The pop-ups when leaving are just as annoying as the Facebook share app. Pop-ups annoy visitors especially when they are trying to leave and they have to click ok/cancel to move on with their life. This is something that could keep it from going viral or getting anyone who may be interested now but does not have the time from coming back when they do have the time. Also, in my opinion it makes the site look amateurish and desperate for money.

Good luck

i agree. i think most people would leave before they even get into the site, because of the facebook thing...

i never click things like that. why would i want other people on facebook to know what i'm looking at? definitely not my type of thing.

Most people, apart from the stalkers and the pervs, are on FB exactly for this reason. The perceived feeling that when you show everything to the world you are a celeb.

haha... true true... i mean, do people think i care that they just took a shit or fed their cat? lol... i just do what i have to do on there, and then get off it.

Remove the facebook annoyance.

Nobody wants to like a site that they know nothing about.
