and then they do very BLACK HAT stuff which
gets the fanpage banned

The moderators test a service themselves before approving it.

The thread is almost 3 months old now, There are many Jr. VIPs who have given their positive reviews about the service. Do you mean to say somebody would spend 970 $ on 10 Jr. VIP accounts just to post fake reviews?

They have posted their positive reviews because they liked the service.

Apart from 1 Moderator, 1 administrator also has posted his positive reviews about the service.

You have joined the forum just 4 days back, and you are telling us - that people post from 20 different accounts. I really suspect how can you claim this fact? I wonder if yours is a fake account too ??

And by the way, if you go through the reviews posted by different members on the last 10 pages, you will realize I offer a guaranteed high quality fans service.
