Hi. We literally bin them.

DMCA is working only in US, as this is US law, not working in Europe.

As of now we host A LOT of customers (as you can see by reviews and threads size) and we didn't get any problems with DMCA.
In all honesty I am getting complaints on daily basis. I couldnt care less

I'm curious why unsolicited mail is a no no on a anonymous bulletproof server, in the Netherlands no less? I understand that ip's can get blacklisted etc. But out of my mail servers that I've ran US and NL the NL provider never has said a word to me. I send 100% unsolicited mail as it is not illegal in the US, just frowned upon. I do process all unsubs, etc and as far as I'm aware am in full compliance with federal and state spam laws. I haven't tried many but I have found the US providers, even mail specific providers will crucify you for sending unsolicited mail. I don't get it, I just can't side with anyone who feels that a legit business can't advertise their legit product or services. I mean they act like we're stealing from them or something... I will say though for anyone that is reading this and thinking about mailing to forget about any .nl for mailing if you're using its ip because it gets blocked by some esps, same as they do china and other like countries that are known for sending spam.
