Even why I dont have earnings right now at that site, I have unique mostly US visitors scaling up by 10% in every 2-3 days.

Sorry, I can't sell sites that aren't earning I'm afraid. It's easier to say no outright than waste your valuable time and mine. Sites worth less than $10k simply aren't worth my time as I've got at least $700,000 on my books to sell right now so can't do them all

They are more service oriented and dont make money in and of themselves but are valued very highly? Also what about large userinterface sites for web apps that were abandoned ?
