I stopped using scrapebox for over a year, and now I want to transfer my license over to my new computer, but when I request a license transfer, it gives an error that "We have not been able to submit your activation request!". Did something go wrong?

do you blast auto approve blogs ? If not, your comment it's waiting to be moderated. If you had a good comment you can hope admin will approve your message

Yeah I've checked the ones it said were successful and on auto-approve ones I can check the website to see if I can manually post it and it shows up immediately. But my post from scrapebox never shows up.

Any worries over this message? I just updated to the recent version and got a new message from avast! antivirus

ScrapeBox does not use any ssl connection at all. In fact, it has no ssl code.
Also, scrapebox does not access NNTP server.
Maybe one of the urls you tried to post to start with https: ?
Additionally, check the digital signature of scrapebox.exe to ensure it was not tampered.

Just a quick note, scrapebox.com has been listed at Spamhaus so i've been moving the server offshore and i done the DNS switch a short while ago.

The move has gone well, and there will be no outage to the website or the tool. There may be slight interruptions to emails (including activations/transfers), partially due to DNS and because it's 4:30am and i need some rest.

But ScrapeBox has remained up and functioning, that's the main thing. Thanks everyone and sorry for any delays.

So..do or don't you post on auto approve lists with SB? Or do you post manually on AA lists?

I had to dig up the dead horse, just so I could beat it some more, Don't post your transaction ids in the forum, people can hijack your scrapebox license.

Well it just couldnt send over your request automatically. Just copy the info that it generates in the white box and submit it here with an explanation and they will manually activate it:

Sorry I'm new to this sorry for all the questions. I have 800 "successful" posted entries, but when i go through every link to check manually none of them have a post on them. And its not just awaiting approval because I can post manually on the blogs and have the comment show up immediately, whats going on?

It could be that its just showing live for your session, but its not really auto approve. See the video above and then when you manually post reload the page in a different web browser, or different machine and see if they are there. Also if your not on the latest version of scrapebox, then update. Make sure your websites.txt file is formatted correctly and use the test comments button to verify.

Thanks for your help loopline.I just download it and waiting for activating my account.I have a another question.I use many trial software like adobe and some other.So basically i install windows after 45~50 days.
In Scrapbox i just see option to send activation by submitting paypal ID and email.So,if i setup again my pc(windows) what will happen...means how can i activate that ?

Just found a BUG in scrapebox slow poster:

This blog makes SB just hang there (not crash) and Timeout won't count down. "Abort Posting" won't work either.

My suggestion: Flash (and ActiveX plugins) should be disabled in the Slow Poster embeded browser, they seriously have no use to increase success rate but just waste more bandwidth to play some stupid videos embedded on the site for example

@c0rup7: No we're not in the same boat. Everything works just fine. Trackbacks works perfect with proxies in my side. You should be patient, SF did everything she can for $57 lousy bucks.

The bug I posted above is rarely happen

I can't seem to get any decent customer service for this software, my harddrive totally died and I have to move my paid for software to another computer but your customer service refuses to get me activated again??? I've sent numerous emails and they claim that they can't find me or my name in the logs. I've sent them a copy of the receipt when I bought it but now they refuse to even acknowledge me and won't respond... I have no other avenue to contact them so I'm hoping SWEETFUNNY has some pull to get me the software I rightfully paid for... I'm sure this is just an honest oversight on their part... Thanks in advance

I'm interested in the response you get. We all have to move our installs, eventually. I really wish there was a cloud solution for this problem, and I'd pay more for it, seriously.
