Will you allow it? It won't even be opened for the public, there's only 65-70 invited and verified buyers and sellers and it's in an european language.
Will mini-plan/reseller do for this?
Can it have some strong HTTPs added to it? Price?

Can you give some details on data rentention in your various datacenters? As far as I know, the Dutch have implemented the European Data Retention Directive, so I assume your NL datacenter is keeping records by default. Not sure about your datacenters in other countries, though. Thanks!
