What would you recommend for a bunch (15-25) of autoblogs and sites, 2-3 forums with 1k visits a day or something along this lines?

My main doubt is about the advantages of a VPS over a Normal plan like the Master Plan for example... as I have never used a VPS or never hosted anything on a VPS only on shared hosting.

And related to this
Q: What will happens if you will get complain about my website?
A: We will forward it to you and you will decide what to do with this.

Can we decide to do nothing about it? Or if some one complaints we have to remove the content?

For that amount of visitors and websites I would suggest Linux VPS#3 with Cpanel on it. If you will outgrow your resources we will offer upgrade

Advantage of VPS is that you have guaranteed Ram and server resources. In shared hosting you have guaranteed only disc space and bandwidth.
But with VPS you need to manage it by yourself, install software etc. In shared hosting you have this included
What I would propose for you is Reseller hosting, so you are sure you have enough resources (bandwidth and disc space) for your needs.

As of complaints I am simply ignoring them. My clients are hosting copyright content and I am getting so silly complaints every day, but what US organizations can do to independent DC in Netherlands
Only thing that I will not accept is Spam, as I don't want my IPs to get blacklisted.

As of my previous hosting - all customers were moved to new servers, so that didn't affected BHW members at all.
I have huge plans for my hosting like website launch in 3-4 months, renting rack space in my new DC and getting 2 more dedicated servers in next month.
I am planning to start 24/7 chat support within 3-4 months, getting 24/7 service specialists (my own in addition to DC guys) on site and starting anonymous domain registration.

There will be many changes and I ask future customers to not be shy and order today before prices will rise. More customers I am getting = better quality of service I can afford

I am reinvesting fully what I earn so you, as a customer can feel difference and comparing to other offshore hosting companies you can get superb customer service.
