For running all the programs together I would suggest Windows VPS#6
I think it would be good idea to set you up on Dedi with 100 Mbps connection in Germany, or 1000 Mbps 2TB in Netherlands.
I will send you PM with more details in hour-two after I will check Dedicated servers available and prices.
1) For this we can set you up with Windows VPS#3 or #4. It is enough to run bots, scripts and everything else you need
2) For this I will suggest Linux VPS#4 that can handle huge amount of visitors and hundreds scripts running every day. On top of this I would install Cpanel for easy management.
3) All our VPS servers are available with monthly plans.

There are 2 companies I could think of.
First is Joker.com - which is famous for good anonymity level.
If that is not enough, you can go with prq.se - and their anonymous domain registration.
2) You think using a service like no-ip.com would help add to the animosity or is unnecessary?
Nope, as we do not keep your details, or share ANY of your informations with 3rd party, you can securely connect to your VPS. Even our DC do not know who we rent our VPS to, or where!
3) Can you host copyrighted material on your hosting? ie vids. mp3s, images, ebooks, etc?
Yes, we are happy to do this. With Dutch law - as long as copyright material owner will not ask as to remove content, we wont do it.
Total DMCA ignorance from our side, as they can do nothing to Dutch company
4) Do you get a choice of where your hosting is located?
Providing it is anonymous i wouldn't care of the location providing the download speeds are acceptable. Am thinking if a server was in India and am targeting a US audience the lag would be detrimental?
For shared hosting we offer as for now only Netherlands. This is because we can fully focus on our servers there and we know what to expect. Our DC is located next to intercontinental fiber, so you will get perfect/no lag connection to US, Europe, or even Asia
5) If it's not too much trouble can you provide a test download link so as i can compare or at least check speeds and animosity?
Test link will be available within 1-2 days below. I will set small VPS server especially for that.
6) Will you be offering an affiliate referral program in the future?
I do not plan to offer affiliate program as for now. I will be offering reseller spots within few days. Everybody interested on reselling my hosting on other forums is welcome to PM me.

7) Whats you server uptime like and do you have an a SLA?
None of my 12 servers had downtime since I started hosting with my DC.
I have SLA of 99,9%
We experienced some difficulties with Nameservers in last 2 days so I decided to set up private ones.
We are using new DNS for that, and in 2 weeks time we will have 4 servers customized to work as DNS hubs only. We plan to locate 2 of them in independent to each other Data Centers in Netherlands, and 2 of them will be located probably in Germany.
