A quarter of $35 is $8.75!

2 articles + keyword research + my time is not worth $8.75

I pay $3.50-$4.50 per article... So I already spend $8 for articles.

To be honest with you, I could raise the prices 3x and you will still make your money back in a month if you know how to build backlinks.

I kind of find this offensive that you think I'm only worth $1.50 an hour ($0.75 per site, 2 sites an hour).

its been about 1month now since my 10 sites went online,i purchased the seo service you reccomended in this thread.
so far i have gotten 1click worth 3$ thats it.
hopefully it will pick up abit soon,if not this was 500$ down the crapper.

-Keyword research
-Buy articles
-Build the template
-Assemble the site and content
-Hire and interview the writing teams
-Do onsite SEO for each site

And JesusBack thinks the following is worth $0.75:

Ok as I understand ur giving a ready made site with NOT BROAD BUT EXACT SEARCH KEYWORDS so all we should be left to do is host it input the adsense n seo. If that is correct I may be interested but I hav some other specific questions. If I wanted to set my sites up with a total army for seo (backlinks) n possible article submission what can we work out for 5 or 8 niche sites full consultation. I understand how this works jus don't carry the time to give it tlc, but bi-weekly/ monthly check up n link building I can soon work on, if this is something u do for urself as I understand then u should kno (seo wise n personal touch) what it will take to actually get these sites to crank out by least low end 4 figures monthly in a reasonable amount of time, so let's hear Whatchu got

Hey as long as you guys are profiting from the sites, who cares if it looks ugly as sin (OP made it purposely so that the CTR is higher as fancier templates only distract the readers). All that matters is that a good amount of people click the ads and make you money.

The real question is, has anyone done the work, the SEO, and benefited yet? Has anyone had a 100% ROI or greater yet? That's what I want to know.
