We have nothing to do with them.

Thanks.

Problem is resolved. It was on DC end.

It ends up they made some mistake while installing OS and it shut down all ports.
I was staying whole night resolving this (it is hard when you cant access server) and happily everything is up and running by now.

I will consider changing DC as what happened is not acceptable. I am sorry for all the problems caused by this, and I am asking all new future customers to hold up for few days, before we will decide if its time to move.
If so, I will do this avoiding any further downtimes, as I have chose alternative that is fully bulletproof, and trusted => all allowed.

Thanks for all the support,

Extra Winner

none of my sites are up ?

can you check to make sure the problem is solved

thanks

Yeap looks like it's down again. :( ExtraWinner i'm sticking my neck out for you here bud but things have gotta get back online proper as soon as possible bro.

tried to send an email to your support email

just gets bounced back as error.

yeah House

Im with you - Im not mad even though its costing me money

happy to get the issues solved --- as long as its stable from here on out.

then Im fine with that.

If all there servers are down, your mail client is going to try to keep delivering the email until its timeouts are reached. As well as send you a bounceback that the email can't be delivered.

Thats why most hosting providers have a alternate email address or support homepage, in the event that users cannot reach their servers.

In this case it's quite obvious that there is a problem, and it's up to the seller to get together with his hosting provider (staminus) and get things straightened out. And hopefully create a contingency plan to make sure similar outages do not happen in the future. Or at the very least evaluate your SLA (service level agreements) and Escallation plans.

Because ultimately it's the sellers business that is on the line, and having service outages when your providing DDOS protected hosting and people are paying a premium to stay online. They aren't going to be customers for very long, if you cannot satisfy them.

I am really disapoited with this. I am losing time and money.... time and money....

How cant we not judge if we are losing money? I am at one step of move on...

Tick Tock ExtraWinner... Tick Tock...The longer that this time divide grows ExtraWinner the shorter your customers fuse is going to get. It IS fast when it is working however this much downtime is not good...

I never said don't judge this morning. Last night I said don't judge and he came through with a fix. Now it's down again...draw your own conclusions

I honestly just need to know if something is getting done and he is aware of the issues - after the first effort failed

because if this is not going to be fixed fast I have to get my sites up elsewhere ... as same as everyone else - I am losing money.

I still think it has to do with the DC because I can ping my sites and dosprotect.com but can't access them (including directly via IP).

Looks like staminus was having a migration to their own datacenter over the past couple days. December 17-22.

http://www.staminus.net/MIGRATION

So this may or may not have anything to do with the recent problems. In anycase, having 2 days of downtime and the seller not updating you guy's is not a good sign.

Why are you part of this thread newss? So far all you've done is come in here and crap on his thread. Nobody said he wasn't communicative with us. What do you have against ExtraWinner?

Yeah, this is not good and really bad for me right now. Could someone PM me with a few other solutions? Another host that offers comparable aspects? That would be great, thanks. Even offshore would be great
