Just to clarify, are these are pre-made "made for adsense" micro niche sites, and not clickbank or affiliate portals?

Review:
I had mine done a few weeks ago but had other issues to resolve before I gave this some attention but anyway.
I got the site delivered and uploaded to a domain I purchased for it. The site is easy, simple and with a few ads makes the links look tempting to click especially if you color match them to the site.
For my taste its a bit to plain and simple but I guess that's the driving force behind getting better ctr. The price is a bit high but you are not paying for design but rather a few articles and the time it took to research the niche to find some long tails that can potentially earn you some clicks.
I have only done a few profile linking blasts and the site is now on page#1 position 7 of time of this post. I plan on seeing if I can get it higher over the next few weeks to get at least in the top 3.
Adsense has produced $1.31 in the past 10 days with very limited views so I can see reaching that daily once it climbs up higher.
I plan on next getting some .edu linking done to rank higher and then gauge the adsense revenue at that level.
In the future I would ask for a lower price for a bulk purchase and also reports on the niche chosen so I can better judge the SEO needed to rank higher. For those that are over zealous I would suggest taking the articles and planting them in WordPress, adding some GFX, videos to enhance the visuals and SEO functions but as it is the sites do just fine. Perfect for me as I like to rank them up and forget about them to run on autopilot.
Do I plan on buying again? I sure do but will make some slight adjustments if the OP agrees and use these as long term residual income in my IM portfolio. A few bucks a day doesn't seem like much but a small army of 100-200 of these could do well for me

As interested as I can be, I am still puzzled by your offers to create "automated" money sites, which you seems to be so concerned about copycats and showing a demo that looks like a draft.
1. Which part of the money site you are going to create is "automated" since it's a static site?
2. A niche of your own choosing - and not a buyer's choice? so is this good for newbies and beginners?
3. all you need to do is to have a "finished" version of the money site and take a screenshot , then post it here to show all of us how the finished product would look like. There's nothing for people to copy.
Those who create templates and themes, are doing exactly that. So, would appreciate your showing us some of your finished work in screenshots. The rest of it we can get to know once your earlier customers started to post their feedbacks here.
It's kind of lopsided to place an order with you first by paying you upfront, you decide on the niche, and I am still in the dark not knowing what to expect, then I have to upload and test run the site myself hopefully to get it to work.
Adding new articles and any update on the site including possible coding issues, will have to depend on you if I know nothing about html.
With due respect to you and the people who gave you their positive reference here (not your customers), you can't sell a service/product without showing the finished goods and all I am asking is screenshots of the finished work you have done todate.

1. There is no 100% fully autopilot method out there, but there are some that are close (this one). You will need to do weeky/monthly SEO.
2. It is fine.
3. I really just don't have the drive to create a site for free. However, if you are a well reputated member on the forum and a serious buyer, I obviously get something made.
Need to add articles? I keep a copy of the site files so it is easy to get more articles.

Picked up a keyword from macdonjo the other day. The specs were perfect - under 10k targetted, good adwords quality, very sellable niche. Next purchase will be a bulk package, he definitely understands how to research.

Update- as of today my site is #3 for a specific KW in my niche. I am hoping to see #1 over the next 2 weeks if I keep up my SEO efforts. I have no clue what the potential income is since its a small niche but if I can hit $2-5 daily ill call this a success
