This may (or may not) be simple but I am wondering what people
are squeezing email captures on the way to paypal payment page.

This just seems totally smooth and a heckova slick way to do it to me!

I click a lot of buttons to see the 'official' purchase name of the products
and get the squeeze page where you have to enter an email
to continue a lot more every day.

I can't find an example now that I want to but will update when I do.

I'm stumped because it has to go from encrypted button/link through the
squeeze and once squeeze is clicked on to paypal.

If it is common knowledge then it is so OBVIOUS that I'm missing it LOL!

Or ANY payment processor for that matter.

If this is in the wrong place feel free to move it.

HTH .... :cool2:

You can use e-junkie to create a list when You process paypal payments. Checkout e-junkie, it's simple and if You are going to buy, lookout for coupons.

For follow up emails You pay per email so no overhead.

I know for a fact Jason Fladlien does it for some of this products.. When you click on the Add to Cart, he sends you to a page like "Step 1 - Enter your email address" or something similar.. Works great in my opinion, as leads that click the "Add to Cart" button are of better quality than leads who signup for a freebie..

There is NO feature in e-junkie for squeeze page prior to purchase.

I did not pay attention to the "prior" part very much:)

Would be interested in the solution if You find it.

Why don't you try redirecting those who click "buy now" or "add to cart" to a page where they have to enter their email to continue paying by paypal?
Then on Aweber(or any other provider) set it up so when they enter their email they are redirected to your paypal page where they can pay?
It sounds pretty simple to me...

That's what I'm talking about.

Where's the beef?

Any ideas anyone?

TIA .... :cool2:

Well, sitmanpro is free and works and does just this. Does a lot more too. You don't have to buy the WP Plugin to get it.

Here's one finally everybody!

This ia the page after the buy now button was clicked!

Code:
Sales page:
http://safe2order.com/cpa-cash-secrets/sale.html
Order page:
http://safe2order.com/secure/33ep/order

This is exactly what I was talking about.

If the customer doesn't complete the sale at least you capture their email address.

Enjoy ..... :cool2:

Be sure to test this if you implement. You will get abandonment at all stages. Which is more important - an email address or a payment? There is no right answer - just a useful testing opportunity.
