If you are wanting the affiliate link to rank for keywords it would be a viable option. You could also backlink a landing page with your affiliate code on it.

or

or you can just send a list of urls and a list of keywords if you just want them randomly matched up with each other.

Most all of them will be indexed after that amount of time (I would guess, this is what I have experienced, don't kill my firstborn if I am off some)
