Be careful – the seller scammed us: after we’d agreed on the purchase and sent the hash, he deleted the chat history

My manager(she) contacted the seller; she wrote to the agents about a partnership, found out all the terms and conditions, and everything suited us (low commission (4%) + cashback). She asked for a chat group to be set up so we could begin the partnership. A chat group was set up for her; she placed an order for accounts, and seller started insisting on a deposit – along the lines of ‘deposit first, then set-up’. Seller said the minimum deposit was $300, but my manager negotiated it down to $150, and he agreed.
She submitted a payment request. And as soon as the money hit seller wallet, he immediately deleted the chat and block my manager.

I have never contacted your manager. You can compare the account that contacted your manager with our account; it was definitely an impersonator. Please report that account to the platform where you transferred the funds to see if they can help you recover your money.
