I am thinking about purchasing SB today, but I have a few questions.
I run a few entertainment blogs, not autoblogs, but blogs updated by humans
My main goal at the moment is to gain a mass following/viewership.
What is your opinion? Would this software work for me? Is there any downside of using this program for real news sites, and not just affiliate/adsense type sites?

I have a question. I bought scrapebox just yesterday so I don't know if this is a total noob question or just something that no one has pondered over.
Q : Is it possible to get a report after blasting a few thousand urls to know, if scrapebox wasn't able to comment on the failed urls ..then what was exact reason for that?
Like, maybe the proxy was bad or image captcha stopped it or internet failed etc
Because after I am done blasting a few thousand urls I get like 10-15% success rate and I wonder why the other urls failed. I remove the duplicate urls and phishing urls before blasting.
Would like to know if this feature is already available, if it is how to use it.

AFAIK the BHW discount price is not limited to jr. vip's.
All the addons etc. come with it when you purchase it.
Not sure what exactly you're asking about the 1000 result limit. The most frequently mentioned 1000 results limit is a limitation of the search engines - they will only spit back 1000 results per keyword, so just load up with extra keywords.
On no follow versus the other, a lot of people have spilled a lot of ink arguing about the value of each type. sbox doesn't really care, it can post to sites using either type in a single pass, and FWIW they recently released an addon that attempts to determine whether a site is no follow or the other. If that's real important to you.

There's a pop-up when you start slow poster explaining why (there's also an option in that pop-up to not display the message again, you may have clicked that at some point if you don't see the pop-up now).

Used Scrapebox last night before I went to bed....3rd time using since purchased......
I harvested 7500 blogs (last night) with 3 keywords in the "locate people" area, then setup the WP comment poster, let it run and went to bed. Woke up had about 2500 entries on blogs, the slow acurate commenter was running, had about 300 posts, 500 non succesfull, with about 3000 more to go, so i shut it down, and had about 3000 successfull blog posts overall.
Did a check link run - and had a total of 35 entries get placed, out of 3000 posts.
So I would say, on average , scrapebox gets 1 to 2% of your actual comments to the blogs
So I imagine if you get 50,000 succesfull blog entries, you would probably get anywhere from 500 to 1000 actual posts to the blogs.
Next I am going to try getting some emails, and play with that idea.

You also need to figure that not all blogs are auto-approve (actually most aren't) so a lot of those links might show up in the next few days when the owners see them. That is assuming you wrote good comments that will get approved.

I actually Saved each project to check that out in a few days to see how my comments are working.... LAME comments are obvious and will be deleted - so far on my first time trying, i did notice 3 more posts from the original check, so it would be wise if scrapebox owners didn;t just say something like "Great Blog, Appreciate your insight, I will return" or something stupid like that.......ME

There already is some "bad neighborhood" filtering in sbox, as well as an addon that can check your targets. But, more importantly, think of the number of different websites the app is hitting when you're mass commenting or so forth. Now think of the number of websites globally that are infected (intentionally or unbeknownst to the mod).
Look away from your computer for 30 seconds while that sinks in. Now look back at the computer. Now look away again, this time for a few minutes. While you are doing that, ask "Have I reviewed the security measures in place on my computer(s)? Do I keep them up to date and constantly on guard? Are there additional countermeasures I should be considering?"
This isn't a ScrapeBox issue, this is something every person working in IM, automation, bhatting, and other areas needs to think about.

ive never considered this. sb visiting infected sites?

oh dear you should get antivirus, etc. I get blasted with hamfull stuff while comenting.

Same here. I had an Active X popup while commenting with scrapebox. My cat sat on my keyboard and selected "Yes"... and I was infected with some shit virus :lame:
