What do you think could be the next big thing?

Sometimes I think about how many opportunities we’ve already missed without realizing it…
for example,
Bitcoin when it was cheap
Apple and Facebook stocks in their early days
NVIDIA before the AI boom
Even things like gold and silver went up to 2x in last 1 year

At that time, none of it felt like a “once in a lifetime opportunity”…
Looking back, it all feels obvious.
Makes me wonder what we’re seeing right now… but not really understanding yet.

I am going with interactivity. Web portals and sites that allow for it to a maximum, always command lots of traffic, over static sites. They are more fun, and in the day and age of the chat bot, they can't be replicated.

There are lots of trends though. I been re-reading a trend of a book series from the 80's and you can tell why the dude that wrote the books (fighting fantasy) went from bedrooms to billions! lol (he founded the company that made tomb raider too, as well as the games workshops)

When you study a trend (there are loads every year i feel. Its a case of we don't even see all of them), you can usually see one person, or a few people behind it. Maybe even one group of people behind it in general. Thats the key i feel. Build something that appeals to a 10%, and let them gossip you to the remining 90%! lol

What is the latest trend? Its always starting from someone's imagination.

Exactly, I was thinking the same, things with a human touch, like handmade products. And like you said, interactivity is going to be huge… but maybe 50–100 years down the line in future. (I think ) (omg! if it is a opportunity, I am definitely missing it )

i think the next big thing is just a regular ,og business where you mater a skill and offer it for other people. It always worked and will always work no matter what. Find a painpoint in a business, offer the solution, make money. It's not easy, but with all the ai progress it's definitelly much easier nowadays.

I'm thinking that landing pages powered by AI to be absolutely killer in conversion. Somekind of combination of copy and images being written in real-time based on the search terms in the UTMs of the website along with interactive AI.
